Job Title: - Machine Learning Performance Consultant

Location: - Remote (Austin, TX)

Duration: - 6 Months with possibilities of extension

Job Description:

The Machine Learning Performance Consultant is responsible for executing a variety of models through various frameworks across multiple system platforms. They will be required to perform testing using both industry-standard workflows as well as proprietary frameworks. They will be required to collect the results of these tests and perform analysis on the data. They will work across design, test, and validations organizations as well as external vendors. Other work items include; Analysis and correlation of data across product operating ranges, development of code/scripts to conduct and control experiments, oversight of experiment execution, and debug of observed issues.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Significant experience in the machine learning field
  • Experience using a GPU-enabled deep learning framework such as TensorRT, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or MXNet
  • Experience executing models against a framework
  • Experience performing data analysis against large data sets
  • User-level Linux experience

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience programming in GPU languages such as CUDA, OpenACC, or OpenCL
  • Experience with python programming
  • Experience with CentOS and Ubuntu
  • Familiarity with collection system-level parametric data during execution of machine learning workloads

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. Other technical degrees may be considered if the candidate has directly applicable knowledge from prior work experiences.
