We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated, full-time Lead Machine Learning Engineer to help us grow and build our automated 5G deployment solutions. As the Lead Machine Learning Engineer, you will build high quality and scalable Machine Learning algorithms for object recognition and predictive modeling that is involved in telecom deployment projects. You will lead and develop some of the key components of the platform and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements. You will be a key member of our team and will assemble data labeling requirements and supervise a team to get it completed along with working closely with a Data Engineer.

As a Lead Machine Learning Engineer at Inorsa, you will contribute to innovative technology which supports major telecom 5G deployment projects in the nation, with all the scalability and high-availability requirements that it entails. We expect that you will take creative ownership of your assignments and lead them to successful conclusion in a timely manner.

Education and Qualifications

  • A Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related field
  • 2+ Years of professional experience
  • A proven ability to deliver quality ML models in a production environment
  • A thorough understanding of the data science process, including data processing and analysis; feature extraction and engineering; Labeling and model training and evaluation
  • Working knowledge of standard ML approaches and algorithms, including but not limited to Linear Models, Decision Trees, Clustering, Neural Networks
  • A strong command of Python and ML frameworks.
  • A working understanding of database fundamentals and technologies
  • Hands-on experience with common ML toolkits such as sci-kit learn and at least one deep learning framework (preferably PyTorch or Tensorflow)
  • An ability to break down complex or ambiguous problems into manageable tasks
  • Working experience of supervising the creation of the right labeled data.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain ML solutions to developers and team members, regardless of their technical background.
