Position: Artificial Intelligence Developer 1 Location: Remote Job type: Consultant ((W-2 tax basis only, no C2C) Duration: 4+ Months Pay Rate: $42.67 Overview: Help chart the client's Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning (ML) strategy and define the problems being solved. Helps build the AI/ML development and production infrastructure and set our technical standards. Understands the business problems, identifies and applies the right AI or cognitive computing technologies to solve problems and helps formulate and execute technologies recipes for commercial deployment. Responsibilities: This position is responsible for understanding the business problems, identifying and applying the right AI or cognitive computing technologies to solve problems, and involving the formulation and execution of technologies recipes for commercial deployment. Design, develop, and deliver Predictive and Machine Learning (ML) models Develop and maintain design documentation, test cases, and performance evaluation metrics on ML models. Serve as ML subject matter expert within the Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO) and support other AI/ML activities as required. Work with large, complex data sets. Solve difficult and non-routine analysis problems, applying advanced analytical methods as needed. Conduct analyses that includes data gathering and requirements specification, processing, analysis, ongoing deliverables and presentations. Collaborate with the business units in developing and scaling analytical solutions to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness. Engage broadly within the organization to identify, prioritize, frame, and structure complex and ambiguous challenges, where advanced analytics projects or tools can have the biggest impact. Help identify and communicate challenges and opportunities that the ETO should be working on. Work on projects with hands-on analysis and modeling, drawing from multiple of analytical methods to choose the right tool and right level of complexity appropriate for the business challenges. Develop proof-of-concept prototypes with fast iteration and experimentation. Build pipelines iteratively to provide insights at scale. Develop comprehensive understanding of the company's data structures and metrics. Navigate ambiguity, solve complex challenges, and operate in a fast-paced team environment. Develop and deliver new training material on Machine Learning techniques and Python best practices. Understand and adhere to the company's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the company's Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management. Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the company's brand. Maintain company's internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
