The Vice President of AI & Insights will be part of the Strategy and Data Strategy Team. The candidate will partner with strategy, business, and IT to drive business insights and innovation that improve the client and employee and experience and contribute to the overall growth of the bank. The candidate will be responsible for pioneering AI-driven business insights at CNB. We are looking for a high-impact, passionate, original thinker who can synthesize and hack multiple data sets and ML technologies. We expect the candidate to create insights and solutions, and then scale them across the organization. You will be tasked with thought leadership and demonstrating AIs value to executive stakeholders and guiding technical aspects of CNBs data science and AI programs. The position will require superb communication skills.We are open to a wide range of experience anywhere from 5 to 8 years of experience. We will evaluate a combination of experience, potential for near term impact, and long-term growth potential. This is a great opportunity for a young, ambitious technical data professional with communication skills who is looking to make their mark, while gaining managerial experience. Or a hands-on, progressive data science/analytics executive looking for more ownership, impact, and speed than is possible at larger organizations with established data science and AI programs.Key responsibilities include:Build out AI capacity at CNB Demonstrate value of AI and MLQualificationsTwo to four years of professional experience with applying quantitative research (e.g. artificial intelligence) in optimizing human decisions using technology like machine learning and/or deep learningAbility to implement new algorithms efficiently and rigorouslyDemonstrated industrial experience of applying artificial intelligence, optimization and statistics to drive digital product development preferredFamiliarity with data management toolsAbility to communicate complex ideas in a clear, precise, and actionable mannerStrong skills in logical reasoning and problem solvingExperience working with next-generation AI vendors & tools, i.e., H2o, Grakin, Lambda Labs, Algorithmia, Nvidia GPUs, Primer AI, Streamlit, Hugging Face, SpaCy, HyperScience, Impera, etc are amajor plus
Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
